Talking to myself again :(

IT was cold wet and windy today so I did not get up until about
10am :) It was hard leaving my warm and cosy bed :)
What have I done all day ??? Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ...not much ...
been on the computer, read the Sunday paper and done the X words
and Sudoku etc. Prepped and slow cooked the Sunday roast
:))))))))))))))))))) Done the vegies etc. Had a nana nap and got
up to cook the vegies etc.
Ate dinner at about 5:45 pm. Yuuum and then did some colouring
in then came on here :)))))))))))))
Ah well it must be bed time now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such an exciting life BUT I am not complaining you understand

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to pop in here over the weekend,
but we were busy and there was no chance to really. I'm home
again now, so normal life can resume again.
I will wash my sheets, towels etc today, so that will keep me
busy. I am considering staying in my PJs and gown all day today
as it's so cold and it's supposed to get windy again later this
morning, so that will make it even colder!!! There has been a
fair amount of snow fall in the usual areas the last few days
and this long weekend is the official opening of the snowy
mountains resorts.

I did realise you were busy coming back home after your lovely
weekend away :)
AH yes, you have to do your own sheets...now :( I am planning
on doing my sheets tomorrow as today it looked too cloudy even
if it did not actualleh rain..... IT did rain a lot last night
tho !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Belting down and kept me awake !
I could not stay in my pjs all day as mine consist of a tee
shirt and shorts .... so far .. and I have not even had my
dressing gown out of the wardrobe so far ..... I do often spend
the day on my fluffy PJ bottoms but they are too warm to
actualleh sleep in them ! I have my fancy fluffy tops ....
cannot remember what they called them ... from last year... Yes
a PONCHO :) Nice and warm and very comfy I might have to get
them out :)
Last weekend was our long weekend for the King's birthday ...
what is yours for this weekend ?

Everything dried well in the sun and wind yesterday, I just have
the quilt cover to wash today as I ran out of room on the line
for it yesterday. I ended up getting dressed, so I could wash my
PJs, but I didn't bother with a bra.....the bliss of that is
wonderful [emoji5]
It was the King's birthday weekend and while we were having our
Devonshire Tea an RAF Jet flew low over the harbour, it was so
noisy!!!!!
I have a Drs appointment this morning to have my stitches
removed and then a hair appointment after that.

Oh you do have quite a busy schedule :)))))))))))) I Often do
not put on a bra nowadays too as long as I am not going anywhere
......... not that I Have much to show .. just droopy boobs !
:))))))))) So comfy :)))))))))))))))
I did my clothes washing in Bonnie's big washer but it does not
spin very well and the tops / tee shirts are on the line
outside under cover but the smalls are in here on the drying
rack under the Air con heater !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is on
low !!!!!!!!!!!!
Sheets maybe tomorrow but I did strip the bed today and my left
knee and neck were feeling the pain from the activity !!!!!!! SO
once I go the clean sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover on......
the bed said LAY on ME ............. so I did
:)))))))))))))))))))))
Bliss.. for 1.5 hours :))))))))))))))))))))))
l Just put on my electric blanket as I am ready for bed soon :)
Enjoy your hair appt. and hopefully the removal of your stitches
will not be painful [emoji170]

I am not going anywhere today so I won't wear a bra again and
too bad if someone comes!!!!!
I didn't get all the stitches removed as he wanted them in for a
bit longer with it being such a large cut, they will all be
removed on Friday. Bloody nuisance!!!
I do love a clean bed and if I had the energy I would change my
sheets more often than just once a week [emoji4]

Comfort is everything especially in Winter if it is cold and
especially as we get ....older :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I
too might change my bed more often IF it was not so hard to
change the duvet cover nowadays !!!! Maybe I should do like you
do and use a top sheet !!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmm I wonder why the Doc wanted the stitches in a bit longer
.. Odd and a hassle for you !
I have an appt. with my GP tomorrow afternoon here in Waverley
and I cannot remember why now ...... it has taken so long to get
an appt. .......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha well I do know why I made the appt. 2/3 weeks or more ago
because I was always feeling so tired and knackered and needed
my Thyroid bloods checked !!!!!!!!!! I recovered over time as no
appt. was available ........... Not feeling too bad ATM but I
Will keep the appointment !

I haven't used a top sheet for years now, since Robert's
accident and the bandages on his foot would get tangled up in
it, but I don't change my quilt cover every week, it's too hard
to do!!!!!! I usually change it every fortnight, but I have
stretched it out to three weeks at times.
You made the Drs appointment to have your Thyroid checked and to
see if the change in medication was doing it's job or not. Good

Ah I had forgotten if you told me about not using a top sheet
re:Robert getting tangled up in it with his sore foot ..... but
it is Vaguely familiar now !!!!!
I have never used a top sheet with our duvet .... never did it
as a chambermaid in European hotels :) ..... but I Do change my
duvet cover when I change the bottom sheet and pillow
cases.....usually every 10 -14 days or even less .... depending
on how often John has a shower !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't John have a shower every day? Robert can't go to bed
without having one, so I never have to worry about that.
I have my winter feather and down quilt out now and it's so hard
these days to get it in the cover and mine is a super king size
quilt and cover.
