I take two panadeine forte pain meds most mornings for my
osteoarthritis pain, I also take two Panadolosteo every night
before bed, lately I have been taking an extra two osteoporosis
ones at lunch time as well as using the ice gel packs, some days
are better than others. I see my Dr about it this morning and
find out what else I can do. After the walking I did yesterday
morning, I am very sore today though.
I got two lovely warm jumpers, a nice warm cardigan/jacket and a
pair of stretch jean type pants, so I will be nice and warm. I
also bought Robert two nice warm jumpers and a lovely good
jacket.
No we have never stayed in the Blue Mountains before and the
Hyro Majestic has always been on my radar of places to stay, it
overlooks the valley and is said to have glorious views.

HELP you are a walking pill factory !!!!!!!!!!!! [emoji170]
I HAVE Seen Panadol Osteo in the Chemist Warehouse and I HAVE
wondered about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL get some tomorrow !
Hopefully it will help my knee better than normal paracetamol
!!!
On second thoughts HAVE you told me about it before and did I
buy some one time ?? Maybe when I tripped up the last time and
was in pain ? Bugger !
You have had a lovely time shopping then and what colour are
your jumpers ? DO you like stretch jeans ? I KNOW we HAVE talked
of them before and I DO have a pair but they are not really THAT
stretchy :)
As for the BLue Mountain resort ... Maybe I DID dream it
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR did Belinda go there ???????????????? Pass
again !

I rattle when I walk [emoji3] I don't know if you have tried
Panadol Osteo before or not, but I do know I have mentioned them
before, they have an extra 100mgs of paracetamol in each tablet.
Robert has two in the morning and two at night as well.
My Dr wanted me to see a specialist, but I have declined as that
would mean surgery and I am not having back surgery done, so I
will try physiotherapy and see how that goes.
One jumper is a grey one and the other multicoloured and the
cardigan is a lovely Teale colour. No, Belinda hasn't been there
either, it must remind you of another place you have either been
to or seen.

I am beginning to worry about my useless memory... mainly about
stuff we write and read on here :) Panadol Osteo.. I DO remember
that Robert has had them so does he take them regularly and does
it help his pain ? And is it OK to take them regularly ? I
didn't go to Whanganui so I have not bought any yet !
I DO have to agree with you regarding having to have surgery ..
especially for your back else you could end up in a wheelchair !
Try physio first anyway
((((((((((((((((((((((((Darien)))))))))))))))))))))) Bugger
getting older !!!!!!!!!!!!!
You like the teale colour don't you ? :))))))))))) They sound
lovely anyway :)
I Must be thinking of somewhere else or someone else re: the
Blue Mountain resort :)

They are safe to take regularly as long as you don't exceed the
recommended dosage. They do help the pain, you may not think so
sometimes, but they can keep your pain levels under control. As
for remembering what wa have talked about on here, there are
just so many topics and things we have discussed that nigh on
impossible to remember them all ((((((((((Moira))))))))))
Teale suits me as well [emoji4]
I have heard too many horror stories of back surgeries, so no
thank you!!!!!!!!!

Do you know what is causing the pain in your knee? Do you think
it is arthritis?

Never got anywhere today as it belted down all day until nearly
8pm tonight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then it Stopped SUDDENLY ....
then a bit of a shower ! BUT NOT COLD ! Tarankai is under rain
and flood watch !
The report on my knee a few weeks ago after xrays etc in the
hospital ... was that it LOOKED like Rheumatoid Arthritis ! I
was given painkillers and anti inflams. which I do not like to
take but I DO !!!! Just not often !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like
the idea of Robert's Panadol osteo. I Do also have a vague
feeling that I have tried them before and they did work then the
pain went away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR maybe that is wishful
thinking ;) I will go to Whanganui tomorrow IF it stops belting
down !!!!!!!!!!!

If it looked like RA, why didn't your Dr refer you to a
Rheumatologist? That's a different kettle of fish entirely to
other arthritis pain.
Hopefully your wild weather has eased now, ours has and we are
back to clear skies and mild winds again.
