Ah yes I gettit :) That is a long drive up to Townsville. I
looked it up and it takes almost 26 hours driving straight up
!!!!!!!!! I do hope they take their time and stop off somewhere
overnight ... maybe with family or friends :) Maybe they will
both stop off and visit on Tuesday :)

They are taking a few days to travel up there, stopping off here
and there. They will be leaving sometime today to start their
journey. Hopefully I will see Em tomorrow sometime, not too sure
when and if I will see Roshan.

Hopefully I will see Em sometime today, I will be a bit upset
with her if I don't actually as she can be so very selfish at
times. I suppose it's just me wanting to see her so much, I miss
her, but she is young and doesn't see the bigger picture and
believes I will be around forever!!!! It's often harder to let
go of your grandchildren than it is with your children, you know
your children will leave the nest and fly off, but you sort of
think your grandchildren will be there forever, silly isn't it?

[emoji170] NOT silly at all !!!!! I think the same often and I
think of my grandkids over in Abu Dhabi and often wonder what
they are doing in the heat over there right now .... how they
are coping... I don't really think how Dan or Bonnie are coping
       !!!
I don't have as many Grandkids or Great grandkids as you do of
course but one more when Annie has her wee girl :)
Do you not get bored being at home with just Robert and not
seeing anyone else all day ?? I suppose you DO know your kids,
grandkids and great grand kids live fairly close to you anyway
so it must be a bit easier :))))))))))) [emoji170]
I Hope you DO see Emma and she WILL visit you
       :)))))))))))))))))))

Sorry Moira that you had nobody to talk to ☹️
Darien I saw the videos, they were really good, Emma has changed
so much from when I met her, it seems quite serious between her
and Roshan and that’s good to hear, I do hope Emma manages to
get to see you on her way to her new base.

Garry messaged to let me know that Em should be there at their
place about 1.30-2pm so we ended up going over to see her about
2.30, that way Kylie and Garry could still have their time with
her as well. It was lovely to see her again and she actually
kept hugging me, which is unusual for my Em. She will be leaving
this morning to continue her long drive up to Townsville, about
24 hours of driving!!!! It is pouring with rain at the moment,
so I do hope she drives carefully as we have had so much rain
       the past few days.

Good job I CAN talk to the dogs or to myself
       :))))))))))))))))))))
Good thinking going to visit Emma at her home and how lovely
that she maybe did miss her Grandma :) She sounds as if she has
matured since being in the Army and being with Roshan !!!
       (((((((((((((((((((((((((((Emma)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
       ))
Its a long drive for Emma but I am sure she will manage. Is she
meeting Roshan en route or driving all that way alone ????? Phew
       !
Talking of RAIN ... it has been pouring down here ALL day
!!!!!!! Still belting down this evening... almost 10pm !!! Good
job I can swim if needed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I miss having dogs to talk to and funnily enough I had a weird
dream this morning about looking for a dog at the pound, but
when I went there to see if I could get it, they had put the dog
to sleep because they found it had a brain tumour. Very strange.
Em will meet up with Roshan in Brisbane I believe and I think
they travel the rest of the way together, following each other.
Our rain is coming in from the ocean, so over your way and it
has been relentless the last few days [emoji20]

Still more of YOUR rain here ... all day on and off today too
!!!!!!!!! Wellington is under RED warning from wild winds and
rain too with some streets flooded near the coast ! WE are
getting the backlash of it I think !!!! COLD too today ! I Am in
my fluffy PJ pants again today ... so warm and comfy and IT is
not even Winter yet ! :)
Have you had that sort of weird dream before about getting a dog
and it being put down before you could have it ?????? Or did it
really happen to you once upon a time ??? SO many of our stories
recently ... they all have a vague familiarity to me
.............. or am I losing the plot ??????
