Job offer

Matt has the offer of a job via one of his mates.... on the East
Coast ... He needs to take it up so I am encouraging him to do
so !
We can manage here alone ... even with the dogs :) And maybe Dan
can rent out the big house after May 1st !!!!!!!!!!!!!
BUT it will take a bit of tidying up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OR maybe Dan can rent out the whole property and we can go live
with Annie :))))))))))))))))))) Watch this space

This sounds good, what is the job offer? Of course you will
manage without him, that was the original plan in the first
place [emoji4] Surely Matt will clean his mess up before he
leaves!!!!!!???????
Would you go with Annie? I can't imagine it really [emoji171]

Matt .. clean up his mess ??????? Not a chance but I WILL if
needed... as I DO on a regular basis !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The job for Matt is a bit complicated.. he will be driving a
vehicle and checking out stuff ! Matt is also actually the
Registered owner of this company... Don't ask ! I do not
understand it all anyway but it is run by a couple of his old
school mates ! Pass but it will be nice to not have to bother
about him being fed !!!! AND he says he can come back on a
weekend if needed :)
Annie put up another couple of homes they have been looking at
..... I don't think either of them would really be suitable IF
we also lived there ... BUT she does keep saying COME
!!!!!!!!!!!

NO not Iffy I don't think as these mates do know what they are
doing I think !!!!!!!!!! I do not want to go into details
!!!!! Matt NEEDS a job to do ......... and looking after Dan's
house is not much of a job !
Mind you .. who will cut the hedges and the grass around the big
house ?? Help !
Annie is looking at a detached house with maybe 3/4 bedrooms and
a nice garden :) Seems to be around Tweed Heads ???

Surely John can do the hedges and cut the grass? If he is fit
enough to cut wood, then hedging should be a walk in the
park.....when he sobers up of course!
Tweed Heads is a lovely area and is in NSW too [emoji4]

Exactly IF and when John sobers up ! He has done the hedges
before when he had nothing else to do once upon a time ! The
grass cutter is a ride on so no problem...maybe I could learn to
drive it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did not realise that Tweed Heads was in NSW ! I will look
again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought Dan had a ride on lawn cutter, so John will have no
problem at all then. I think they would be fun to use [emoji1]

Yes there is a ride on mower and Matt does use it ... or he has
been using it. The hedges are a different matter !!!!!!!!!
Actualleh I am sure Dan had an electric or maybe petrol ? type
hedge trimmer probably in the shed somewhere !!!
I DO like the pics of Tweed Heads and need to find a house for
Annie and Richie around there ... one with a Granny flat on it
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you know of any ?????????????????????? I do look every now
and again !!!!!!

I have a battery operated hedge trimmer, a great one too and it
does a good job, not that I use it as often anymore, that's
become another job for Robert these days!!
I don't look at properties, never think to, to be honest as I
have no need to. I have heard domain.com is a good place to
search though.
