Not sure of the temp here today but it has not been cold ... ah
the temp on this computer now says it is 19*C and there is NO
wind from what I can hear but some rain still falling gently !
I am still in my tee shirt and trackies.
There is some phone ringing or some thing clicking or whatever
BUT if it is MY stupid new phone then I cannot make it work
!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GIVE IN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Am I stupid or am I just not mobile phone savvy ??? OK I give in
... I Am NOT mobile phone savvy and now I think maybe it is bed
time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't you just have to flip it open and answer it? Send me a
photo of it and see if I can see it.

I have to keep pressing REFRESH once I click SEND ... Over it !

I just flip it open and it says lots of things .......GO TO
...Settings, Lock Keypad, Alarm, Clock, Torch....I click on
Settings and nothing >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Bloody hopeless !

I can't tell from that photo and I can't see how it is set up.
It looks nothing like an iPhone, that's for sure!!!! I did think
though that all you had to do was flick it open to answer a
call. I had a flick open phone many years ago and I'm sure
that's how I used to answer it. Go into your Sparks store and
get them to show you how to use it properly.

I Think my First Mobile phone was like that .... my first one I
bought in Perth and it was a one that you closed by putting the
lid down !!!!! Never did like it ............PASS once again !
I just want something that I can click to answer and / or click
to reply !!!

Why did you buy it if you didn't much like it before? You could
look up how to use it, there are some videos on how to use it, I
just did a quick search.

I DID NOT Buy it personally ... I DID NOT CHOOSE It .... Matt
picked it but he did pay for it with MY bank card
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE is now using my old phone. He tells me that
he asked in the Spark shop ... for a phone for an 'old person'
.... One easy to use !!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO also have a strange feeling that they have tried to sell me
this phone once before !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT I took it back and
said it was rubbish !! I WILL go back to Spark maybe tomorrow or
Tuesday now that the Easter hols. are over and ask HOW to use
it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES it did come with info. BUT it
makes no sense to me and does not DO as it says it will !!

So Matt is using your old phone, does he not have one himself?
Looking at the videos on how to use the phone, it is certainly a
very basic one and you shouldn't really be having any problems
with it. I think it's a very good idea to go into Spark and have
someone go through it with you and if need be, take notes on it.

Maybe IT is ME but the phone does not even seem to do anything
at all even tho I have had it plugged in to charge it ! I WILL
take it into Whanganui Spark ..... maybe this week sometime.

It's a waste of your money if you don't find out what is going
on, so take it back and find out. Hopefully they will be able to
sort it out for you. I can't believe how much trouble you have
with phones and computers!!!!!
