Good to hear that your back and hip pain are getting better the
more you move around. That makes sense to me :) Keep walking
around [emoji170]
IF I sit too long eg: colouring in and sitting at the table as I
do ... then when I get up I have to stand upright slowly to be
able to walk or move easily !!!!! I think I stiffen up and I DO
NOT sit for THAT long either ! Maybe a couple of hours !
Thankfully no pain ...........so far !!!!!!!!!!! Just old age I
think !

I am moving about much better at the moment, not that is that
good anyway 😁
I know what you mean by having to get up slowly and stretch your
body to stand erect again………oh the joys of age!

ITs a bugger especially if I have to get up in the middle of the
night for the loo and I have trouble getting out of bed. !!

I find getting up in the mornings worse than through the night
as I don't think I am even fully awake when I get up to go to
the loo [emoji3] As the weather cools it starts to get worse for
me and no doubt you notice it as well.

OH yes It will be worse once it gets really cold and I believe
we are in for a few COLD days / nights coming up this weekend

We have no plans at all for this weekend, we will probably see
Arlie sometime and I will giver her her easter egg, a Lindt
Bunny and I will buy one for Zurie and Zadie as well, but I will
drop them off to Belinda. I have no idea what anyone else has
planned at this point in time.

Easter hasn't been mentioned really by anyone here. Justin
popped in yesterday morning with his wee dog Nala, his day off
and I asked him if he had any plans, his answer was he wanted to
do nothing as he has been working long hours, fair enough I said
[emoji4] I will ring Christene today and see if she will be home
on Saturday and we will pop up to see her, but that is all I
have planned.

It is also quiet around here for the Easter long weekend and I
THINK the shops are closed ... or the local supermarket is
surely ???? Actualleh I have no idea as I do not shop there
often ... just maybe for basics like bread and milk and Lotto !
I Hope Justin does enjoy his rest and recuperation with his dog

Shops are closed here today, Good Friday, but open the rest of
the weekend. I messaged Chrissy, but haven't heard back as yet,
so we will see.
I leave to go down to Melbourne on Monday, I thought it was
Wednesday, but I get back then. The flight is a very early one,
so Garry will pick me up about 4am!!!!!!!! I will be ready for
my bed about 6pm!!!!! I am taking my iPad with me, so I hope to
get on here to let you know how Em's march out went.
