Chat time ...

... with Dan and the kids earlier this evening and it was lovely
to see them on John's phone :) All is well and it is Hot there
36C in their morning too..... but they are getting used to it
and it IS NOT Summer ! Cash was a bit quiet as he has been
throwing up... ate something not right says Dan. They do often
order in their meals .......... don't ask.... some sort of
family meals all in a box and delivered to the door ! NOT
expensive either !
Jack was his usual quiet self and he is doing well in his rugby
and they could all speak some Arabic ... and Greta is also
learning Spanish and she went to her Spanish friend's birthday
party last week !!!!!!!!! Hablo Español un poco !
Bonnie was out at the gym and they were all going to the local
swimming pool area as it was hot !!!!
It was lovely to see them all :)

How lovely to have such a nice catch up, sounds as though they
are setting now, and it won’t be long before their back to see
you on their holidays

That's the beauty of the new technology, you can see who you are
talking to and when you haven't seen them for a while, it's a
wonderful experience. I am so happy to hear that they are all
settling into their new lives, children are so adaptable, aren't
they? [emoji7]
Thankfully the heat over there is a dry heat, but I couldn't
handle it all the time!!!

IT was lovely to chat to them and Greta was so funny ... her
normal funny self, showing off the clothes she had made for her
Barbie ? doll..... it was an Arab Barbie doll with a turban on
its head :) !!!!
Jack was also allowed to go alone down 8 flights of stairs to go
to the little shop just outside the flats on the ground floor to
buy some lollies...BUT He will not use the lift by himself so he
walks down 8 flights then walks back up !!!!! OR he walks and
then presses some buzzer ? so Bonnie or Dan can come down and
get him in the lift !
Shades of me there :))))))))))))))))))))))
When I was the kids ages, I was in Germany and 3 other
different places and schools till I went to boarding school aged
11... almost 12 !
Travel Broadens the Outlook :)

Now that's something we don't see, a doll with a turban!!!!!!!
I'm glad you were able to see the kids and have a chat, but I
bet it made you miss them even more ((((((((((Moira))))))))))
Must be an intercom buzzer that Jack can press, silly boy, but I
do get it.

It was lovely to see them... almost in real life !
YES it was an intercom buzzer that Jack uses sometimes
:)))))))))))) I did note that Greta made the turban using half
of one of my socks that we had used to make the body of a dragon
here .. last year .. AT least it looked like my blue and white
striped sock !

Hahaha love the idea of a doll with a turban! It’s great being
