SO many bugs, flies and things ..

I am sure I also commented about all these insects flying and
crawling around the place .... maybe this time last year ! Not
only mossies and flies but also strange insects with legs and no
wings ..... plus lots of tiny flying bugs !!!!!!! Over it !
And if I Am not bunged up my nose is running !!!!!!!!
I am off to bed and will try to sleep tonight as last night John
chucked the duvet over me (he was too hot ! ) and I woke up
sweating cobs, I could not see the time on the clock but it was
still dark outside ! Took me ages to get back to sleep ! NO nana
nap today either :(

Living where you do I am sure you do get lots of bugs flying in
and I know this has been harped on, but the only real way to
stop them is by screens!!!!!!

OK I GIVE IN and I will NOT mention bugs, flies and fleas again
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR Moths !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [emoji12]
I did not sleep well last night I DID sleep for a few hours
then my nose blocked up again ...............T kept me awake and
I got up at 5am to make some Lemsip to try and clear it all. I
think it helped but it took until around 7am when I took my
Thyroxine pill and then seemed to settle down and I DID get
another 2 hours sleep after and I did hear John get up .... and
Juno come in looking for her way outside ! BUT I did drop off
and did not get up until almost 10AM !
I am ready for my bed NOW 10PM :))) .......BUT the rugby is
still on the TV .......................... !

Oh that’s the one thing about summer I hate all the bugs and
flies! Sorry about your nose being blocked, I have the same
thing at times and it’s horrible trying to sleep, I use a nasal
spray when it’s really bad otherwise I just use my olbas oil
inhaler

Moira uses Olbus oil too!!! I have never heard of it before and
I must look out for it.
You might need a sinus clean out using a nasal thingy.

Thanks Darien, been there done that and had lots of these
different nasal clearing things. Got a nettiepot in the studio
from last year... too complicated and it did work but took ages
and so much messing about ... I have also had a sinus nasal wash
thingy but I did not like the stuff going up my nose !!
I just use Olbas Oil .. on and off through the year and Fess
from the chemist and in desperation I am now using the Vick
Sinex 12 hour relief. It does work IF I can get it up my nose !

I don't like them either, they really bother me so I don't use
them either.
I like the Vicks nasal spray or the one in the tube and even if
my nose is badly blocked, I can manage to get enough up my nose
to open it up a bit and then another lot will open it fully.

I don't know any Vicks nasal spray in a tube ???? AH do you mean
the tube like Inhaler thing ?

Not been too bad last night until the early hours this morning
then I got bunged up again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today.. when I
am upright ... my nose has been running ..... not bunged up at
all .............. hopefully it will last when I DO go to bed
and lay down !!!!!!!!!!!!
I KNOW I have said this before how my nose can get blocked up
.... once I lay down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have put it up before for you, not long ago actually [emoji4]
I prefer to use that one than any sprays, I believe it works
better.
I woke up last night with a blocked nose as well, I felt like I
was suffocating especially with the CPap machine on!!!! I
thought of you and your nose, you jinxed me [emoji12]

I was thinking about it last night ... as I do when I cannot
sleep..... and I DO remember having one of those tube nose
things and over the years I have always had one in my handbag
before too... especially when we lived in Aus !!

I did NOT get blocked up in bed last night either and I Might
have slept better if John had not been snoring ! It did rain a
bit overnight and today ...and I have been clear until a couple
of hours ago and now one side is bunged up ! Sigh :(
