Oh I have this problem my nose is always stuffed up in the
morning and I am super sensitive to sprays perfume etc….if
someone walks past me with strong smelling perfume it sets me
off sneezing

Strong perfume makes me cough and takes my breath away, I can't
go into shops like Dusk or Lush, Lush especially even walking
past a Lush store!!!!!!
Next time you go shopping look for an odourless one one or one
for sensitive noses. Something like this;

Darien, THAT fly spray is exactly what I DO buy and there is no
smell but I cannot smell much anyway due to the ??? Statins ?
I take !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got some Eucalyptus oil today and I can hardly smell it .. but
John can ... like Lemon he says ! .. and I Have wiped it all
around my computer on the desk and so far this evening NO flies
BUT John has also been around with his spray !
I also changed our sheets and had Matt pull the bed out from the
wall ( Heavy ! ) so I could check behind for my teeth !!! No
teeth but SO much dust ... so I vacuumed and Sprayed Eucalyptus
oil all around behind the bed and also on the underblanket .. I
HAVE done that before too !! Hopefully tonight NO Bunged up nose
:))))))))))))
I have never been especially sensitive to smells of perfume etc
as nowadays I cannot smell much anyway ! Plus I have a deviated

Perhaps it is the humidity or just something in the air that is
causing your blocked nose then.
I haven't moved my bed out for a while, so no doubt there is
plenty of dust behind and under the bed, doesn't help the
sinuses at all!!!!!!
Where did you get your eucalyptus oil from? I haven't been able
to find any.

NO bunged up nose last night !!!!!!!!!!! I did use a spray of
Fess up my nose too but I managed to sleep better overall ...
PHEW :) Not too bad today either until it got so humid and warm
in here that I had to turn on the air con. to get the place to
cool down !!!! I cannot remember the last time I did that but
Matt has done it once or twice in here but I complain !!!!
I got my Eucalyptus oil from The Warehouse Chemist in Whanganui.
I think I got the last wee bottle from the local chemist here in
Waverley but it was MORE expensive !!!

I haven't seen any in my chemist, but I must have look in the
Chemist Outlook where I get my Calcium tablets from and my my
nighttime Ten pants.
My nose hasn't been too bad the last few days and I will
certainly be having the air con on today as they are predicting
34C today!!!

Bunged up again today on and off and also last night !! Over it
!
It never even gets THAT hot here .... 34C !!!! and I still
needed the air con yesterday about 25c !!! Not so bad today but
I do have my fan :)

I put the air con on when it's 25C and humid.
I have been wearing Tena Overnight pants for years now, one of
these days I might let my Dr know about it.

I have no idea what the temp was this arvo but I was sweating
after cleaning out the book case and my art cupboard
.....looking for a mouse .... so many old magazines I was saving
........ ?? SO they are for the dump tomorrow and NO Mouse
found !
As for Tena pants I DO remember you telling us about them ..
many years ago too and I think I had to use them one time after
having some op. down there in Perth ??? Cannot remember what
the op. was for !!!!!!!!!!!!
Would it make a difference IF your Dr knew you have to wear
those pants at night ?

It's usually the humidity that makes me sweat a lot, I get more
hot flushes too.
If I tell my Dr he will no doubt want me to see someone about it
and I am over having tests done, I won't do anymore.
