Grotty

Been feeling really grotty since Sunday, full of cold and
coughing a lot, not sleeping well because of it, it’s the second
really bad cold I’ve had in a few weeks and I have no idea where
I am getting them from, the thing is thank goodness Paul doesn’t
catch them from me, I’m not going to take so many paracetamol
today as long as my temp stays down.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling grotty, great description by
the way. Rest as much as you can and take the paracetamol if you
need to, it won't harm you if you don't over do it.

is the weather and it is winter there ? Is it especially cold
and wet ???? Or maybe you caught some bug from visiting Paul's
rellies down South ????????????????????????????????
I have not heard GROTTY for ....... many a year and I used to
often use it :))))))))))))))))))))

The weather is actually good, not too cold and no rain, I’m
feeling a little better today. But still a bit grotty! 🤣

I read that you may be in for some bad weather again Chris !
Cannot find it on the news but I DID read it earlier this
evening !
I hope you are feeling a bit better today anyway
