I won't stop encouraging you, it will do you the world of good
to go to the party, gives you a chance to catch up with Penny
too.
You don't need to go to Qld for a while, so you will have plenty
of time to come back home and before you know it, Bonnie and the
kids will be over for a holiday [emoji7]

IF I do drive up to Auckland then I may as well also take the
plane to Brisbane to see Annie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop

Annie does live in a flat on the ... 3rd floor I think so I
would have to walk up 3 flights !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus fly to get
there .... !!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmm thinking !
She was saying tonight how she will have to sell her house in
Freo. in order to buy one where they are now...... as they are
so expensive there !!!! But they are looking into it !!!

She knew if they did want to settle in the Brisbane area that
she would have to sell the house in Freo. so as the mortgage
almost paid off she will maybe make a bit of money but poor
..................I give in .................. NIKAU .... :)
will have to find somewhere else to live :(

I did wonder if Nikau was still renting the house. He will just
have to find another place to live and I am sure he is aware of
that and realised it was on the cards. Hopefully Annie will make
a profit with the sale, no reason why she wouldn't, and that
would mean more money to buy their new home.

Exactly Annie is not stupid when it comes to money ..........but
then she does work in a bank ....... she was useless moneywise
as a teen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Plus she also has money from the sale of Matt's house because
they did make improvements ...plus 75% of OUR deposit we paid
..owing to us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She keeps telling us to come live with them so we don't ask for
our money back :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
IF only I could get myself on a plane ... NOW !

Moira….Go! There is nothing stopping you going off for a weekend
somewhere with John, you both drive so you can take turns with
the driving, 5 hours is not much if you schedule a few stops on
the way, it’s almost that when we travel to South Wales from
here and it will be more than that to Norwich once we have
moved…..just go while you have the chance while Matt is there to
watch the place and dogs.

You see Chris agrees with me, so go to Nana Jills party, you
don't know how much longer she will be around for either!!!
I remember when you and John used to go away for weekends, why
don't you do that anymore?
Annie is keeping your money safe as she knows what you are like
with Matthew. Your money is safe with her and you know that if
you want any, she would transfer it to your account [emoji171]
