There were also left wing protesters involved in the Capitol
riot and at least one of them was arrested and charged. Although
he tried to say that he was only documenting and filming the
riot, he was definitely involved and was encouraging and
       instigating.
       1. This Affidavit is submitted in support of a Criminal
       Complaint charging JOHN
EARLE SULLIVAN (SULLIVAN) with violations of 18 U.S.C. §§
       231(a)(3) & 2, 18 U.S.C. §
       1752(a), and 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2).
       11. SULLIVAN, DOB 07/18/1994, is a resident of Utah. Based on
       publicly available
information and information provided by SULLIVAN in an interview
       on January 7, 2021, described
further below, SULLIVAN is the leader of an organization called
       Insurgence USA through which
he organizes protests. On July 13, 2020, SULLIVAN was charged
       with Rioting and Criminal
Mischief by the local law enforcement authorities in Provo,
Utah, based on his activities around a
June 30, 2020, protest in which a civilian was shot and injured.
       The case is still pending.
       12. The United States obtained a video of SULLIVAN, posted on
       YouTube, in which,
while attending a protest in Washington, D.C., SULLIVAN can be
seen telling a crowd, over a
microphone, “we about to burn this s*** down,” “we got to rip
       Trump out of office . . . f***** pull
him out of that s*** . . . we ain’t waiting until the next
election . . . we about to go get that
m**********.” SULLIVAN then can be seen leading the crowd in a
chant of, “it’s time for a
       revolution.”1
       b. After the crowd broke through the last barricade, and as
       SULLIVAN and the
others approach the Capitol Building, SULLIVAN can be heard in
       the video saying
at various points: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This
       s*** is ours! F*** yeah,”
“We accomplished this ****. We did this together. F*** yeah! We
       are all a part of
this history,” and “Let’s burn this s*** down.”
       c. Later, SULLIVAN’s video includes footage of individuals
       climbing a wall
to reach a plaza just outside the Capitol Building entrance, as
       seen in the screenshot
below. As individuals are climbing the wall, SULLIVAN can be
       heard saying, “You
guys are f***** savage. Let’s go!”
       f. SULLIVAN, once inside the Capitol Building, roamed the
       building with
other individuals who unlawfully entered. During one of his
       interactions with
others, SULLIVAN can be heard in the video saying, “We gotta get
       this s*** burned.”
At other times as he is walking through the Capitol, SULLIVAN
       can be heard
saying, among other things, “it’s our house m*********” and “we
       are getting this
       s***.”
       h. At one point in the video, SULLIVAN enters an office within
       the U.S.
Capitol, as seen in the screenshot below. Once inside the
       office, SULLIVAN
approaches a window, also seen in the screenshot below, and
       states, “We did this
       s***. We took this s***.”
       k. Eventually, individuals in the crowd outside the doors
       announce that the
officers are leaving and “giving us the building.” As the crowd
       begins to part so the
officers can leave, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, “Haul that
       m********* out
       this b****.”]/b]

Sullivan was talking about doing a documentary before the
Capitol riot. A documentary about him and his group and their
protests. It's supposedly going to be a Netflix
documentary. At least that's what he claimed which I doubt
       is true.
He was with a woman named Jade, supposedly a film maker, who was
also filming the riot. But they both were involved in the riot.
       Especially Sullivan aka Jayden X.
Then Sullivan was on CNN being interviewed by Anderson Cooper
acting all innocent claiming to be a journalist and that he was
       only filming the riot.

       [b]John Sullivan, the 26-year-old left-wing activist who
recorded up-close video of a woman’s fatal shooting during the
Capitol siege Jan. 6, was released without bail on a handful of
       federal charges.
During a virtual hearing Friday, a federal judge in Utah said
prosecutors failed to meet the legal threshold to keep him in
custody as he awaits further court proceedings.
Sullivan is required to stay off of social media, surrender his
passport and be on house arrest. He also will have to stop
working for the Insurgence USA activist group he founded,
although he won't have to cede control.
In addition, Sullivan, who posed with a rifle at protests over
the summer, is now prohibited from possessing firearms.
Black Lives Matter Utah told Fox News Friday that Sullivan is
not a member, has never attended a meeting, and that he has no
       association with the group.

Now we know where the money is going that BLM founders and
co-founders have been given. Champagne socialists/trained
Marxists living the good life. It's not going to black
       communities.
       Inside BLM co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors’ million-dollar real
       estate buying binge
       April 10, 2021
Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors has gone on
a real-estate buying binge in recent years, snagging four
high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US alone, according to
       property records.
Newsome of NYC’s BLM said, “We need black firms and black
accountants to go in there and find out where the money is
going.” He added that his group does not receive any financial
support from the BLM Global Network.
As protests broke out across the country in the name of Black
Lives Matter, the group’s co-founder went on a real estate
buying binge, snagging four high-end homes for $3.2 million in
the US alone, according to property records.
Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at
an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger
Woods both have homes, The Post has learned. Luxury apartments
and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau
are priced between $5 million and $20 million, according to a
       local agent.
The self-described Marxist last month purchased a $1.4 million
home on a secluded road a short drive from Malibu in Los
Angeles, according to a report. The 2,370-square-foot property
features “soaring ceilings, skylights and plenty of windows”
with canyon views. The Topanga Canyon homestead, which includes
two houses on a quarter-acre, is just one of three homes
Khan-Cullors owns in the Los Angeles area, public records show.
Some fellow activists were taken aback by the real estate
       revelations.
Hawk Newsome, the head of Black Lives Matter Greater New York
City, called for “an independent investigation” to find out how
the global network spends its money.
“If you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask
how much of her own personal money is going to charitable
causes,” he said. “It’s really sad because it makes people doubt
the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it’s the
       people that carry this movement.”
Last year, Khan-Cullors and spouse Janaya Khan ventured to
Georgia to acquire a fourth home — a “custom ranch” on 3.2 rural
acres in Conyers featuring a private airplane hangar with a
studio apartment above it, and the use of a 2,500-foot
“paved/grass” community runway that can accommodate small
       airplanes.
The three-bedroom, two-bath house, about 30 minutes from
Atlanta, has an indoor swimming pool and a separate “RV shop”
that can accommodate the repair of a mobile home or small
aircraft, according to the real estate listing.
The Peach State retreat was purchased in January 2020 for
$415,000, two years after the publication of Khan-Cullors’
best-selling memoir, “When They Call You a Terrorist.”
In October, the activist signed “a multi-platform” deal with
Warner Bros. Television Group to help produce content for “black
voices who have been historically marginalized,” she said in a
       statement.
It is not known how much Khan-Cullors received in compensation
       in either deal.
Khan-Cullors began her buying spree in LA in 2016, a few years
after the civil rights movement she started from a hashtag —
#blacklivesmatter — with fellow activists Alicia Garza and Opal
Tometi began to gain traction around the world.
That year, she bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home in
Inglewood for $510,000. It is now worth nearly $800,000.
Khan-Cullors added her wife, the co-founder of Black Lives
Matter in Canada, to the deed in a family trust last year. The
       couple married in 2016.
       Two years later, in 2018, Khan-Cullors purchased a four-bedroom
home in South Los Angeles, a multi-ethnic neighborhood.
       Khan-Cullors paid $590,000 for the 1,725-square-foot home,
although the price has since climbed to $720,000, according to
       public records.
Three of the homes were bought in Khan-Cullors’ name, and the
Topanga Canyon property was purchased under a limited liability
company that she controls, according to public records cited by
“Dirt,” the real estate blog that first reported the March 30
       purchase.
Last year, Khan-Cullors and Khan were spotted in the Bahamas
looking for a unit at the Albany, a real estate source who did
not want to be identified told The Post. The elite enclave is
laid out on “600 oceanside acres” and features a private marina
and designer golf course. Current homes for sale include a
       nearly 8,000-square-foot, six-bedroom townhouse with a media
room and marina views. The price is only available upon request,
       according to the resort’s website.
Newsome of NYC’s BLM said, “We need black firms and black
accountants to go in there and find out where the money is
going.” He added that his group does not receive any financial
support from the BLM Global Network.

'Antifa' issues veiled death threat against Portland Mayor Ted
       Wheeler in alarming video
A person purporting to represent Antifa has reportedly targeted
Portland, Oregon, Mayor Ted Wheeler (D) after he issued a plea
for the community to assist in "unmasking" rioters and members
       of Antifa.
According to a Thursday report from PJ Media, a person
purporting to represent Antifa threatened Wheeler in a video
       shared Wednesday night.
In the video, a masked person threatens the Democratic mayor and
even goes as far as to publish Wheeler's home address.
The person concluded, "Ted, we are asking for the last time that
you resign. If you ignore this message outright, the destruction
to your precious way of life is going to escalate. Blood is
already on your hands, Ted. The next time, it may just be your
       own."
On Thursday afternoon, The Oregonian reported that police are
       investigating the video.
Jim Middaugh, a spokesman for the mayor, said that he and his
office learned of the video Wednesday evening.
Middaugh added that the city's police bureau also notified the
       Federal Bureau of Investigation.
"Middaugh said the mayor's office has seen a dramatic uptick in
messages following the press conference, most of them critical
of Wheeler and the remarks he made," the outlet reported. "Some
claimed the mayor's comments would encourage right-wing
vigilantism while others said hardline approach was too-little,
       too-late."
Wheeler's remarks also rankled some civil rights groups.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon condemned Wheeler's
       request in a statement.
“His comments are inappropriate, irresponsible, and dangerous,"
a spokesperson for the group said. “After more than four years
as police commissioner, Ted Wheeler must finally recognize the
role that unchecked police violence has in escalating tension in
       Portland."

       Juneteenth and the Great Commission
Acknowledging the example of African American Christians to
steward liberation for the church’s mission.
Holidays and missions are two things Christians and churches
celebrate. We stand proudly on Memorial Day as we remember the
sacrifice of soldiers. We listen to sermons on gratitude and
praise God for His blessings on Thanksgiving. We watch videos
about the legacy and impact of Lottie Moon and praise God for
the fruitfulness of those on the mission field.
By now, many of us have heard of the holiday Juneteenth, though
many Christians still don’t celebrate the day or recognize the
fruitful mission work birthed out of the freedom of African
American slaves. Though the liberation of the enslaved people is
the only reason we need to celebrate Juneteenth, there is much
to commemorate. I propose that we should also commemorate this
day to recognize the missional fervor displayed by freed African
Americans and the way they stewarded their freedom to continue a
Christian legacy of fulfilling the Church’s mission.
       What is Juneteenth?
In the midst of the Civil War, President Lincoln enacted the
Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863, which declared
enslaved people in the Confederate states as free. Tragically,
cities like Galveston, Texas utilized legal barriers to withhold
the news of freedom from enslaved people. However, on June 19,
1865, the day is known today as Juneteenth, two months after the
ending of the Civil War on April 9th, General Gordon Grainger
brought the news of freedom to the enslaved people in Galveston.
For years, freed black men and women and black enslaved people
fought vigorously for the liberation of black people, and
finally, they were free. To be clear, many social, economic, and
legal barriers would come during Reconstruction and eventually
Jim Crow that suppressed the full freedom of African Americans
but to the slave on Juneteenth, freedom seemed promising.
Nevertheless, one of the most remarkable things about Juneteenth
is the missional zeal displayed by African Americans after they
were liberated. Thus, Juneteenth demonstrates how important
       physical freedom is for missions.
       Juneteenth, Missions and Church Growth
A revisionist history tends to speak of the growth of African
American church and missions between the 1700’s to the 1900’s as
a product of the Great Awakenings, Quakers, and the evangelism
by slave masters. However, the liberation of enslaved people
brought a significant growth in conversions, church planting and
domestic and international missions among African Americans.
       Missions
It is undeniable that African Americans were involved on the
mission field prior to Juneteenth. Missionaries such as Lott
Carey, who helped establish the Richmond African Baptist
Missionary Society in 1815 and Daniel Coker who organized the
first AME church in Sierra Leone in 1820 were prominent black
missionaries before Juneteenth. However, Juneteenth enabled
African Americans to act on their convictions to serve God by
carrying out the Great Commission both domestically and
internationally.[1] To enslaved people, Juneteenth removed
barriers to the mission field and as a result they moved with
fervor to proclaim the gospel of the God of liberation and
       justice.
The international mission work among black Americans increased
dramatically after the Civil War, which ended 2 months before
Juneteenth, with the number of free blacks between the ages 24
and 35 increasing from 86,000 to 665,000.[2] Many newly freed
slaves were mobilized to take the Gospel to Africa and to black
people throughout America, particularly in the South. Among
those missionaries were black Baptists, Methodists,
       Presbyterians, and Pentecostals.
Between 1880 to 1883 the Baptist Foreign Mission Convention laid
the foundations for future missionary endeavors and the movement
for African missions gained momentum.[3] From 1892 and 1900, the
AME church planted a number of churches in South Africa.
Similarly, “by the beginning of the 20th century, the AMEZ
church had developed within its church a widespread interest in
       missionary expansion in Africa.[4]
African American missionaries also traveled to places such as
Canada and the Caribbean islands.[5] For example, the women’s
missionary organizations such as the Woman’s Parent Mite
Missionary Society in South Bend, Indiana began their mission
work in places such as Haiti, Jamaica, and Sierra Leone in
1898.[6] Missionaries like the reverend George Liele, a freed
slave and missionary to Jamaica, and reverend Prince Williams, a
freed slave from South Carolina and missionary to the Bahama
Islands, both seized the opportunity to take the Gospel to the
       islands.
       Church Planting and Growth
After Juneteenth African Americans utilized their freedom to
establish religious independence and create churches for black
men and women. Historian Joe M. Richardson explains the zeal
among newly freed slaves claiming, “long desiring religious
freedom and repelled by discrimination in white churches, blacks
after emancipation quickly began to renounce their old religious
connections and form churches of their own.”[7] As a result,
black churches sprang up quickly and frequently. Historian Paul
Harvey notes, “After the war, independent churches and
denominational organizations sprang up quickly in black
communities, including thousands of small local congregations
and major national organizations.”[8] African American church
membership grew from 2.6 million to 3.6 million between 1890 and
1906, most belonging to newly formed black churches.
By 1906, the National Baptist Convention, a nationwide
organization of black Baptists that had been created in 1895,
claimed more than two million attendants, which was 61 % of all
black churchgoers.[9] Beginning in 1896, Charles Harrison Mason,
a COGIC preacher, began drawing large crowds to his holiness
services and eventually worked with Charles P. Jones, and W.S.
Pleasant to create the COGIC denomination, which embodied an
intense desire for the mission field.[10]
       Why do we commemorate?
Enslaved people marched out of slavery with feet walking towards
their people, mouths proclaiming the Gospel, hands committed to
working towards physical liberation, and eyes towards the coming
Kingdom. Convinced that their God was a God of liberation and
eager to spread their Christian faith, African Americans spread
the Gospel and caused significant growth in black churches in
America and missionary work domestically and abroad. So, we
commemorate Juneteenth because we rejoice in the liberation of
black enslaved people and acknowledge the example set before us
by African American Christians to steward our liberation to
       fulfill the Church’s mission.
