What is the evidence of the HS?

I was thinking about this this week, so many of the theologies
people on this forum like to argue about really come down to
what is the evidence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
So here is a place to lay out your version of what you think the
evidence of the HS is....I will start,
I believe (scriptures upon request since there are lots to go
from) that the HS equips us to live as He wants and do what He
desires for us to do
I believe the HS frees us from our bondage to sin
I believe the fruit of the spirit as listed in Gal. 5 is
evidence of the HS.
I believe that the HS does so very much more in our lives, but
that these would be the things that we should be able to
recognize and others should be able too.

I just wanted to add something to what you said. There is a
scripture that I find very encouraging and comforting. Because
sometimes I find myself in so much grief and pain when I'm
praying that all I can do is cry and it's hard to get the words
out.
Rom. 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps our weakness: for we
know not what we should pray for as we ought but the Spirit
himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be
uttered.

when he talked about yielding to the HS.
Some time ago, I studied all the things the HS does for us, I'm
sure I missed some...but one thing that neither of these videos
talked about which I find somewhat disturbing is that neither
one talked about Gal. the fruit of the Spirit...wouldn't the
FRUIT of the SPIRIT clue us in on what evidences of the Spirit
will look like?
