Holiday meals often include Prim Rib so when I decided to
include this in my Holiday Meals collection. Prime Rib is one of
the top meats from the bovine family. If you want to learn how
to cook Prime Rib than look no farther than this recipe. My
family always ask if I'm going to make my Christmas Prime rib.
This is the best Prime rib recipe I think I've done so far. It
is the perfect Prime rib for the holidays. If you make this I'm
positive you'll agree. The recipe for making the prime rib and
the horseradish sauce is as follows;
Base rub;
4 TBS course ground Black Pepper
2 TBS Kosher salt
1 TBS Granulated Garlic
Second Rub;
2 TBS Granulated Garlic
1 TBS Smoked Paprika
1 TBS Minced Onions
1 TBS Ground Coriander
1/2 TBS Dried Basil
1/2 TBS Dried Parsley
1 TBS Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Horseradish Sauce;
1/2 C Sour Cream
2 TBS Prepared Horseradish
2 TBS Mayo
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 TBS Parsley
4 or 5 drops Tabasco hot sauce
Apply rubs to Prime Rib and place in 275 degree preheated smoker
or oven. For medium rare remove Prime Rib when the internal
temperature reaches 130 degrees. Tent loosely with aluminum foil
for 20 minutes. Slice and serve with Horseradish sauce.

Poor Man's Burnt End's is a delicious way to cook a chuck roast.
It can be made on any smoker, even a Bradley electric smoker.
This burnt ends recipe is an easy chuck roast recipe that will
take your beef bbq game to a whole new level. Chuck roast on the
grill is a great way to cook this cut of meat to make it juicy
and tender and the flavor is out of this world.
To make this smoked chuck roast just apply a thin layer of
mustard, then apply a coat of Chupacabra meat rub and place it
on a preheated 225 degree smoker with Oak wood and smoke to an
internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from smoker and wrap
in peach butcher paper and place back on the smoker until it
reaches 195 degrees internal temperature and then cube into 1/2
inch cubes and place in aluminum pan and coat with glaze.
The glaze is 2 cups cola, 1 cup BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup red wine, 1/3
cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2
tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon Soy sauce.

This is my first Yak brisket that I've smoked and it turned out
fantastic. This smoked brisket in an electric smoker was
flavorful and juicy and this brisket recipe was spot on. I
cooked Yak Hump roast and yak burgers and yak meat is fantastic.
Yak is similar to beef and bison and is a sweeter, denser meat
than beef more of the consistency of bison. This was a very
simple recipe just use a light coat of yellow mustard as a
binder, mix 4 TBS of black pepper, 2 TBS Kosher salt, 1 TBS of
Granulated Garlic, 1 tsp of Ancho Chili Powder, and 1 tsp of
Smoked Paprika for the rub.
Apply rub liberally and place ft side up on a preheated 230
degree smoker and smoke until an internal temperature of 165
degrees. Then wrap in aluminum foil and back on the smoker until
it reaches an internal temperature of 203 degrees.
Remove from smoker and open the foil for 10 minutes to allow
cooking to stop. Then re-wrap in the aluminum foil and place in
a clean dry cooler wrapped in a clean towel for 1 hour. Slice
and enjoy the best brisket you've ever had.

This smoked salsa on a Bradley electric smoker is absolutely
amazing. Using fresh ingredients and smoking the vegetables it
will bring a smile on everyone's face. Just smoke the
ingredients, mix it up and serve fresh or you can can for later
use. Below I will be adding the recipes for the canning of your
smoked salsa and also the fresh salsa recipe. I will even
include my favorite fresh recipe for over the top hot salsa
using Habanero peppers So check back for the full recipes.
