       Romans 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him
       that loved us.
Scripture says we are more than conquerors....are you or do you
know anyone who thrives when others would only survive? What
makes the difference? How can we thrive rather than just
       survive?

Motivation and determination are qualities I see in those who
thrive under adverse conditions. I think people have different
sources for those type qualities, whereas one gets it from
Christ and another from a mentor or friend etc. or life
       experience(s).

       I think I'm both a survivor and a thriver. I'm a survivor in
that I have survived so many things. I'm a thriver in that I
have kept strong faith through all that's happened to me. I'm
stronger because God has given me strength, love, hope,
kindness, compassion and protection. So I'm thriving.
A survivor isn't necessarily a thriver if they don't believe in
God and have faith. That makes it much harder for them to
       thrive.

[/quote]amen....scripture tells us that in Christ we are more
than overcomers/thrivers...in my own life, I had to look back to
see that I wasn't just surviving but thriving in a situation
that should have killed me. My own daughter once said, "mom,
for all you have been through, you should be severely messed
up...but you aren't." That is the power of God to bring our
thriving out of a world that would rather see us die. Amen!
       Thank you Lord Jesus
