Finally Admitted! "New" Tech Can Beam Voices Directly into Your
Head.
There's nothing new about this Voice-to-Skull (V2K) technology.

One night in 1983 or 1984 when I was 9, 10 years old, I woke up
because of a voice sounding like a newsreader on television – to
my surprise the sound came from within my head. The same 10
sentences of state propaganda (that I was so fortunate to live
in a free country, where nobody dies of hunger, I can get a good
education etcetera) were repeated over and over again - the next
days they were replaced with another 10 sentences of the same
garbage (conditioning similar to the Brave new world of Aldous
Huxley).
I’m curious about your reasons to think that voice-2-skull
technology already existed in the 1960s:

On November 11-12, the powerful elite organisations the World
Economic Forum held their Annual Meeting of the Global Future
Councils in the United Arab Emirates.
At this meeting the WEF discussed “mind control using sound
waves” to turn humans into mind-controlled slaves
The WEF’s official website published an article entitled

works[/I]” where Oxford Professor Antoine Jérusalem describes
the technology and how it can be used:

Because I remember it being used on me when I was 11-12 years
old. That would have been around 1968-1969. I was awakened one
night and I heard someone saying my name and, "We're here for
you". It was like I was wearing a headset or something, hearing
it that way. Nobody else heard it except for me. I was taken
from the house and was told that it was time for me to see
something. I was taken to this really high building that reminds
me of a church in New York. I think it's owned or connected to
the Rockefellers. I can't be sure that was the exact building
but when I saw a picture of it, the architecture was very
similar. I was taken up to the top part of that building and I
saw some other people and something else that scared me to
death. I won't go into details about what happened.....Anyway
when I was brought back it was the next morning and I was locked
out of the house. I knocked on the bedroom window and my sister
let me in. I couldn't remember what had happened or why I was
outside and locked out.

There are other possibilities than technology...
Basically our brain workes on radiowaves, that's why it can also
be used as a receiving antenna for voice (just send it in the
right radio frequency).
As the result of this all of us are psychic. But of course for
most of us these "powers" are only small.
Most people with above average psychic powers are able to read
the minds of their brethren
better than of people they're unfamiliar with.
When I was locked up in a mental "hospital" there was a young
woman that asked me questions not based on what I said but on
what I thought. The first time I thought it was just a
coincidence, but it happened something like 5 times.
I can imagine that hearing the voices of other people,
especially in a mental institution, can really mess somebody up
when you're in a crowd!
Hypothetically speaking there must be "psychics" that can send
messages at will.
You write that there were actually people close to where you
slept, so maybe one of them had these kind of powers?
Or there could be even other explanations...

How could you be certain now if you didn't even remember it the

She asked me why I was outside. I said that I didn't know and
didn't remember.
Yes I talked to her about it many years later. She remembered it
happening.

Thanks for the additional information!
I've read stories on how "they" have made up all sorts of
theories on how to erase somebody's memory. But I haven't heard
about anything succesfull.
I find your story hard to believe as it contradicts my ideas. Of
course this doesn't mean that your description isn't true...
There are many stories on how child victims have been tortured
to give them Multiple Personality Disorders. In reality this
type of mind control techniques isn't very "efficient" as it is
very labour intensive.
For example drugs in comparison is not only a very efficient
mind control technique but "they" even make money from it (both
from the legal as illegal drugs!).
If "they" had already developed voice-2-skull technology in
1968/1969, I would expect them to start massively doing the
nightly conditioning within a year. If this would work it would
be very efficient.
I believe that this only started in the 1980s...
In 2019, they have all of us walking around with cell phones so
they can effectively monitor the effects of the latest mind
control techniques, including voice-2-skull technology...
Big Brother can also quickly discover the "dangerous"
anti-authorians, who can be "cured" with drugs under the guise
of mental health care.

use. They enjoy inflicting torture as often as possible. Just
giving someone a drug doesn't satisfy their brutality and sick
twisted minds.

The technology that they have and have had is at least 50 years
ahead. They also did medical procedures on me that you wouldn't
think possible when I was eight or nine years old. I'm not even
going to mention it because you wouldn't believe it anyway.

The government is far more advanced in almost all areas of
technology than they ever tell the people. We could all have
free energy all over the world and run cars on water if they
allowed it. What I'm saying is this voice to skull technology is
and has been far more advanced than we will ever know.
