Len Blavatnik owned Hollywood financing company RatPac-Dune with

billion cash, less than half the price for what it had gone
public. Warner's biggest record labels are Warner Bros. records
and Atlantic.
In reality Blavatnik paid only $1.3 billion and the media
concluded $3.3 billion by adding Warner Music's $2 billion debt
load.
Blavatnik had already been a business partner of Bronfman as a
member of Warner's board of directors and he retained a large
stake even after leaving the board.

Netherlands) and Maker Studios (that was acquired by Disney for
$670 million in March 2014).
The offer by Blavatnik, Bronfman and Kreiz was rejected by Time

While he was in the British Army in World War II, Robert Maxwell
was promoted to Captain and received the Military Cross, for
“[I]an act or acts of exemplary gallantry during active
operations against the enemy on land[/I]” at the Dutch-Germany
border after the invasion of Normandy.
After the War, unofficially, Maxwell interrogated prisoners at
Spandau Prison in Germany, including Hitler’s chief economic
adviser Hjalmar Schacht and Friedrich Flick.
While Schacht didn´t get a prison sentence, Flick later became
the richest man in West Germany after being imprisoned for 7
years for war crimes.
From an interview with German intelligence officer Herman
Giskes, Maxwell correctly deduced that British intelligence had:

An interesting Mexico link, is that the son of the Mexican
president from 1988 to 1994, Salinas and his business partner
Alejandro Betancourt, helped to create, promoted, and managed
NXIVM’s ESP (Executive Success Programs) in Mexico for over 15
years. Salinas has vehemently defended Keith Raniere in the
past, calling him “heroic”.

I’ve found some interesting information on one of the best known
“conspiracy theorists” in the world - David Icke.
This shows that David Icke is connected to the same
establishment that he supposedly exposes as shapeshifting
reptilians from out-of-space - including the Bronfmans.
David Icke’s “Freedom Foundation” was administered by the
International Humanities Center (IHC).
In 2005, one of the top donors of the IHC was the Tides
Foundation (with $55,000).
The donor list of Tides includes the elite of the world.
The Pew Charitable Trust (of the family of Sun Oil), between
1990 and 2002 donated $118 million to Tides.
The Ford Foundation provided $36 million between 1989 and 2005.
George Soros’ Open Society Institute donated $15.7 million
(1997-2003).
Carnegie Corporation contributed $2.3 million (1992-2002).
Rockefeller Foundation gave $2.9 million (1993-2002);
Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave $1.9 million (1993-2003), plus
$250,000 in 2005;
Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisers gave $372,300 (1997-2001);
Rockefeller Family Fund donated $175,000 (1991-2001).
Between 1995 and 2001, the Tides Foundation also received some

Joanie Bronfman sits on the Tides Foundation’s Board of
Directors.
Bronfman is of course a member of the notorious family, an

In 2006, the donors of the IHC were again very interesting.
Topping the list was a Laurance Rockefeller, who donated
$899,000 to the IHC.
Before becoming IHC Executive Director, Steve Sugarman had been
Executive Director of Social & Environmental Entrepreneurs
(SEE). The SEE Program was founded in 1994 by the EarthWays
Foundation. The EarthWays Foundation was established in 1988 by
Andrew Beath. EarthWays’ financial connections are also
interesting.
In 1998, EarthWays received $50,000 from the Rockefeller
Foundation and another $42,837 in 2000.
EarthWays also received “$10,000 or more” from Rockefeller
Philanthropy Advisors, between 2002 and 2004.
Another EarthWays project, The Atomic Mirror (TAM) is also
associated to the Rockefeller “philanthropies”.
In 2005 TAM was a participant in “The People Speak: America’s

Bank Hapoalim. Both are close to the Trump-Kushner crime
syndicate.
On 30 April 2020, Geoffrey Berman announced a deferred
prosecution agreement against Bank Hapoalim, for helping to hide
assets in offshore accounts and helping to bribe FIFA officials
(the body that controls international soccer).
Bank Hapoalim settled the 2 cases for more than $900 million.

and its Swiss subsidiary have admitted not only failing to
prevent but actively assisting U.S. customers to set up secret

In the first case, Bank Hapoalim helped launder millions in
bribes and kickbacks paid to officials in FIFA. Between 2010 and
2015, Hapoalim’s Miami branch laundered illicit payments to FIFA
officials, including former head of Colombian football and a
member of FIFA’s executive committee Luis Bedoya. In 2015,
Bedoya was banned from international soccer and was (is?)
awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty pleading guilty to
racketeering and wire fraud.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowsk commented:

There is important information missing in the stories on Bank
Hapoalim...
I found absolutely no information on the American criminals that
used Bank Hapoalim to evade taxes!
In 2010, Israeli authorities “investigated” a money-laundering
case of Bank Hapoalim that involved the Katsyv family. Millions
of dollars were transferred through Katsyv-controlled accounts
at the bank. According to Israeli prosecutors, Hapoalim bank
managers concealed the real beneficiaries of these accounts in
violation of anti-money-laundering rules.
The bank blamed Katsyv’s business for these violations, so the
bank managers were found not guilty.
Prevezon Holdings Ltd was registered in 2005 and is owned by
Denis Katsyv and Martash Investment Holdings Ltd from the
British Virgin Islands that is also owned by Denis Katsyv.
On 5 February 2008, Bunicon received $9.4 million from the
correspondent account of the Krainiy Sever bank. The next day
Bunicon sent $410,000 to Prevezon’s account at the Swiss bank
UBS AG.
On 13 February 2008, Elenast received $800,000 from the same
account and then transferred more than half that amount to
Prevezon.
Katsyv is also in business with Russian oligarch Lev Leviev:

Kushner Companies buying real estate in New York for $190
million was made possible because of investments from Israel’s
Raz Steinmetz, whose uncle is none other than diamond
billionaire Beny Steinmetz.
Since at least 2012, Kushner Cos. and Raz Steinmetz’s investment
firm Gaia have been in business including in a number of joint
ventures.
A “dubious relationship” between Gaia and Bank Hapoalim, which
is also one of Kushner Cos. lenders, has been reported.
Gaia Investment lists Shlomo Meichor and Assi Arev as
principals. Meichor was previously chief financial officer of
Ampal-American Israel Corp. In 1996, Raz Steinmetz and his
