Chaplain Mark Schmidt will help us here for our forums and we
are so thankful. Chaplain Brian will also visit whenever he can.
Anybody that joins here would most definitely love Theology
Forums. It seems hard to attract a person that registers and
joins. Who will be the first? What a blessing they will get just
       knowing us.
We also have a Prayer Wall for prayers and prayer requests.

Chaplaincy is a ministry of presence
You ever feel alone, hurt or just need someone to comfort you
with a hug or a kind word or shoulder, perhaps just a ear to
listen to you vent? This is what a chaplain does.
He loves you when you feel no one else does. He holds you when
no one else will. He is there for you when you are weak and
       alone.
Scripture is his guidebook and God is His guidance.

       How about some scripture:
       Genesis 3:16-17 NIV
“Go, assemble the elders of Israel and say to them, ‘The
LORD, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob—appeared to me and said: I have watched over you and have
seen what has been done to you in Egypt. And I have promised to
bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the
Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and
Jebusites—a land flowing with milk and honey.’

[shadow=blue, left]Chaplin Brian...Do believe you have the wrong
verses for the scripture you have posted.
Gen 3:16-17.."To the woman he said, “I will make your pains in
childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth
to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will
rule over you.” v17..To Adam he said, “Because you listened to
your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded
you, ‘You must not eat from it,’ “Cursed is the ground because
of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the
       days of your life."
The verses you posted are for scripture "Exo 3:16"

       Joshua 3:16
the water from upstream stopped flowing. It piled up in a
heap a great distance away, at a town called Adam in the
vicinity of Zarethan, while the water flowing down to the Sea of
the Arabah (that is, the Dead Sea) was completely cut off. So
the people crossed over opposite Jericho.

       Psalm 105:4
and as a bonus for today
I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in
me may not remain in darkness. John 12:46 (ESV)

       Scripture for the day
2 Thessalonians 3:16 English Standard Version (ESV)
       Benediction
16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times
in every way. The Lord be with you all.
Lets see if any discussion on this scripture - feed back or
       comments always welcome
I hope to set up just strictly a scripture thread later today
after work, unless PJ would like to add it and move my two posts
       to there for me :-)
