       WHAT IS THE BAPTISM OF FIRE?

       [Matthew 3:11 KJV] "I indeed baptize you with water unto
       repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I,
       whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with
       the Holy Ghost, and [with] fire:" ********* Other than water
       baptism there is a baptism of the Holy Ghost and a baptism of
       fire. This will examine the baptism of fire.
       [Acts 2:1 KJV] "And when the day of Pentecost was fully come,
       they were all with one accord in one place."
       [Acts 2:2 KJV] "And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as
       of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they
       were sitting."
       [Acts 2:3 KJV] "And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like
       as of fire, and it sat upon each of them." ******** The
       appearance was like fire, but it doesn't say it was fire. This
       was the baptism of the Holy Ghost, but not the baptism of fire.
       The baptism of fire is speaking of fiery judgement
       *********[Matthew 3:12 KJV] "Whose fan [is] in his hand, and he
       will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the
       garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire."
       In the prophets fire is associated with judgement as well
       ********* [Isaiah 66:15 KJV] "For, behold, the LORD will come
       with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his
       anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire."
       [Jeremiah 15:14 KJV] "And I will make [thee] to pass with thine
       enemies into a land [which] thou knowest not: for a fire is
       kindled in mine anger, [which] shall burn upon you."
       [Isaiah 29:6 KJV] "Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts
       with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm
       and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire."
