       WHO HAD TO BELIEVE ON THE NAME OF JESUS?

       [John 1:12 KJV] "But as many as received him, to them gave he
       power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on
       his name:" ********** This verse was given to Israel
       Israel had to believe the gospel of the kingdom **********
       [Matthew 4:23 KJV] "And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching
       in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom,
       and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease
       among the people." ************ Israel had to repent and believe
       Jesus was their Messiah, the Son of God who would establish the
       millennial kingdom on earth and reign with him as kings and
       priests. ************* [Exodus 19:5 KJV] "Now therefore, if ye
       will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall
       be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the
       earth [is] mine:"
       [Exodus 19:6 KJV] "And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests,
       and an holy nation. These [are] the words which thou shalt speak
       unto the children of Israel."
       [Revelation 5:10 KJV] "And hast made us unto our God kings and
       priests: and we shall reign on the earth."
       Israel had to believe on the name of Jesus. They had to believe
       he was Christ, the Son of God ***************** [John 3:18 KJV]
       "He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that
       believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed
       in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
       [John 20:31 KJV] "But these are written, that ye might believe
       that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye
       might have life through his name."
       [Acts 10:43 KJV] "To him give all the prophets witness, that
       through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive
       remission of sins."
