       SOME DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE CHURCH

       Here are some differences between Israel and the church:
       The kingdom was only being offered to Israel. Israel was
       promised to be a kingdom of priests in the kingdom and reign
       with Christ for a thousand years. Gentiles could become
       proselytes and believe the preaching of Peter and the disciples
       to enter the kingdom. The kingdom wasn't being offered to the
       church, the body of Christ. The body inherits heaven not the
       kingdom.
       Israel believed the gospel of the kingdom and on the name of
       Jesus for salvation; the church the body of Christ believed the
       gospel of Christ.
       Israel can be found in the old testament prophets; the church
       the body can not.
       Jew or Gentile can attend the church bodies assembly; Israel
       forbade the Gentiles from worshiping in the temple.
       Israel was given the covenants; The church the body isn't under
       covenants.
       Israel was given the Law; the church is under grace not law
       Israel was given prophecy; the church the body is given the
       mystery
