Answer : Salvation Made Clear - It's Not a Mystery
By: patrick jane Date: October 27, 2018, 3:44 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
2018 Seminar Session 1 - The Mystery of Salvation
Salvation is a mystery clouded in confusion for many people. God
kept salvation a mystery in part until he revealed the mystery
of salvation to the apostle Paul. There are seven aspects or
descriptions of salvation that are essential to understanding
salvation, and the Bible rightly divided makes each one more
       clear.
This introductory lesson sets the stage for a description and
clear explanation of salvation in the sessions that follow.
Mid-Acts Pauline dispensational right division does not serve
the purpose of puffing up people or majoring on the minors.
Rather, understanding the mystery of Christ, and the Bible
rightly divided, has as its primary consequence making salvation
       clear.

2018 Seminar Session 2 - Why Salvation Is Needed
The only reason salvation is needed is because of sin. In the
list of greatest problems that people think are in the world,
sin does not make the list. God did not create this world to be
       second-rate, dead, and wicked.
Sin is necessary to make salvation clear because it is the sole
reason why we need it. When sin is not seen, then the need for
Biblical salvation is not clear. The Bible rightly divided –
God’s grace preached to world – first acknowledges a world lost
       in sin.

2018 Seminar Session 3 What is Salvation
Defining salvation is different than explaining salvation.
Salvation is life out of death, peace in the storm, truth among
lies, liberty from bondage, love conquering hate, joy for those
that mourn, forgiveness of sins, justification unto
righteousness, redemption from evil, reconciliation unto God,
and being separated (sanctified) unto glory.
Even the world pursues salvation through other means. These twin
sessions of the problem of sin and the solution in salvation
create the mystery of salvation by defining the need and
solution but providing no explanation of how God will accomplish
       it.
If salvation is left unexplained it destroys the need to rightly
divide, but if salvation is not defined then it causes confusion
about what is being accomplished by the cross work of Christ.
Hear this generic and basic definition of salvation to set the
table for making salvation clear through further revelation and
       explanation.

2018 Seminar Session 4 - Who is the Saviour
The only one that can give salvation is God. There is only one
Saviour. He is the only one capable of saving a world from sin.
No other god gives salvation. God became a man in Jesus Christ
to save. Jesus Christ must be God in order to be our Saviour,
else the giver/provider of salvation is not God. Paul speaks
more about the need for Christ than any other writer, and this
is because our preaching is not of right division or of the
mystery but of Christ. According to our gospel, Christ is
essential (2 Cor 5:21; Rom 3; Col 1-2). Right division makes who
is the Saviour very clear. The Body is identified by the Head.

2018 Seminar Session 5 - How Salvation Works
There is only one way for a righteous God to save sinful
humanity. That is by the cross work of Christ, his death, blood,
burial, and resurrection. Salvation is always by God’s grace
through man’s response of faith. Though this is true for
everyone at all times under any dispensation, this one way, the
means of salvation, was kept secret for a long time. Men did not
know how God could save. In order for God to accomplish and
provide salvation Christ must be sent and the cross must be
complete. That this was kept secret means that men in time past
were not looking forward to the cross, they were looking forward
to salvation of which they could not yet explain. But now we
       can.

2018 Seminar Session 6 - Where Is the Gospel Offered
What must I do to be saved. What are the terms? There is a
difference between the means of salvation (only one way) and the
gospel of salvation which is the terms or offer that God
provides for man. Men of faith respond to the terms in obedience
and will receive salvation. In this dispensation the offer of
salvation is simply to trust the means of salvation by grace
       through faith.
In time past, God provided covenants, priests, sacrifices, and a
religion to come to terms with salvation that would be revealed
in the future. There is only one way all men are saved in the
Bible, but that way was kept secret for so long. God offered
salvation on different terms. Confusion abounds when we do not
rightly divide the different gospels in scripture.

2018 Seminar Session 7 - When is Salvation Complete
This aspect of salvation is commonly confused even among those
who claim to rightly divide one gospel from another. Salvation
is either finished, complete, and possessed, or promised for the
future. This is the key difference between the New Covenant
salvation of Israel and salvation to the Body of Christ. We are
complete in Christ now, while their salvation will be delivered
to them when the terms of their covenant are complete. Without a
covenant our terms of salvation are simple and so our salvation
is freely possessed now. This is the issue of eternal security
that is made clear when we learn when salvation is delivered and
       complete.

2018 Seminar Session 8 After Salvation
This aspect is not included in salvation, but is often confused
with salvation because of a failure to rightly divide. This is
the work, ministry, position, walk, and destiny that follows to
those who are saved. When these things are put as conditions to
salvation then salvation is made unnecessary and Christ made
ineffectual. We must not confuse our growth, walk, and destiny
after salvation with what happens in salvation.
