PETER DIDN'T PREACH THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION

[Luke 24:44 KJV] "And he said unto them, These [are] the words
which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all
things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of
Moses, and [in] the prophets, and [in] the psalms, concerning
me."
[Luke 24:45 KJV] "Then opened he their understanding, that they
might understand the scriptures,"
[Luke 24:46 KJV] "And said unto them, Thus it is written, and
thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the
third day:"
[Luke 24:47 KJV] "And that repentance and remission of sins
should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at
Jerusalem."
Jesus opened the disciples understanding of scripture. Jesus
told them it is written that Jesus would suffer and rise the
third day. Then did he say, now go and preach how I died and
rose for the salvation of all? What did Jesus say to preach? He
said to preach that repentance and remission of sins should be
preached in HIS NAME. For salvation Israel had to believe in his
name. They had to believe he was their Messiah, the Son of
God.......[John 20:31 KJV] "But these are written, that ye might
believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that
believing ye might have life through his name."
Even after Jesus opened the understanding of his disciples, did
Peter preach his death and resurrection for salvation? No, Peter
preached to be water baptized in his name for the remission of
sins.......[Acts 2:38 KJV] "Then Peter said unto them, Repent,
and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for
the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy
Ghost."..........Peter preached the name of Jesus for
salvation.........[Acts 4:12 KJV] "Neither is there salvation in
any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among
men, whereby we must be saved.".............Peter preached
remission of sins through his name........... [Acts 10:43 KJV]
"To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name
whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins."
Peter didn't preach Christ's death and resurrection for
salvation to all after Jesus opened his understanding of
scripture. Peter condemned Israel for Christ's
death...........[Acts 2:23 KJV] "Him, being delivered by the
determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and
by wicked hands have crucified and slain:"...........Peter
didn't preach Christ's resurrection for our justification, but
that Jesus rose to sit on David's throne.........[Acts 2:30 KJV]
"Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with
an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the
flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;"
