Um... look at the dictionary definitions of equal and identical
and you'll see they're not the same thing.
Women aren't looking for identicalness, they're looking for

Ego. Loss of Power. Of anyone who has a problem with women
being allow the same rights as men. My right allows me to
vote. It gives me equal rights insofar as custody of my
children, my home, belongings, etc.
