This thread has hit a deep chord with me. As my journey through
and back to the faith I have had my faith belief and
spirituality attacked. At times by those closest to me. My
brother who had always been spiritual is not a person that takes
the position there is no God, so religion is just hokum. Both
my sons are not believers but also not non-believers in any form
of religion.
It has caused internal doubt at times, panic at times, anger,
and others, but through some prayers and meditations, I have
stayed my chosen course.

I believe it and I am attacked daily in thought and action. It
is a battle for sure between the flesh and the spirit. The more
I read scripture and talk about Jesus in my live streams the
more depressed and doubtful I begin to think and I can feel
myself being distanced from God.
