I really like this. The priest I spent the last few years
chatting and learning from uses a form of mediation to tune into
God's word to help him write his sermons. I started mediating
late at night before bed. I find it very helpful for sleep and
recently started mediating for writing. Very helpful
I like this video and plan to watch it again. thanks
