       ! HONKAI ! 5.9 Prediction [moved from a deleted board]

       I'm gonna put this as simply as possible because I'm very silly
       The prediction is:
       Elysia Herrscher (Psychic type ice damage)
       The reasons:
       1. August is herrscher month
       2. The new character will be ice anyway (The current cycle is
       Fire > Physical > Lightning > Ice and Aponia is lightning so ice
       is next)
       3. Elysia is Psychic anyway
       4. Elysia is a herrscher
       5. We only have 1 psychic ice damage dealer, and that's Sixth
       Serenade, so we're overdue for a new one (mad respect to sixth
       serenade enjoyers)
       And that's it....
       (RIP people who want herrscher Seele)
