       Illumina lanes

       Hi, I'm still new to this Illumina, NGS thing. Thank you for
       your patience.
       I'm trying to find the price for one single lane of 50bp-SE. I
       encounter several websites such as this one:

       It says 959$ for two lanes, but only one flow chamber. Based on
       Eli's spreadsheet and my project specifics, it says I can fit
       270 individuals in one lane, with a price of 891$. Does it mean
       270 individuals in one flow chamber or in one lane ? In other
       words, with 959$ for two lanes and one flow chamber as stated
       above, can I make two library preps of 270 individuals or only
       one ?
