Forums & Staff Update

We're working on an installed SMF (Simple Machines Forums), it
will probaly be done by today or tomorrow.
Further, I've promoted Penguin to Co Founder, he has done a
great jobs for us, + He is very active, even though he got many
real life stuff going on.
