Why would it be complete at 9.45am?
Troubadors made a bid (too low in error) within the allowed
timeframe. Then corrected it.

Correct, I think you forgot to go to page 2 to see that there
were more bids so your bid of $21 at 6:52am EST didn’t count and
the $22 bid at 9:45pm EST was still the high bid. You then
edited your bid at 10:31am EST which was past the 12 hour
selling time of the $22 bid.

I made a bid I just put the wrong number, it’s pretty obvious I
intended to outbid the last number. When I realized the error I
corrected it.

For the record i fully intended to beat that last bid with my
bid. I don’t know how much more obvious that could be. I do
understand the technicality of the rule but I will ask if we can
do the gentlemanly thing here and continue with the auction of
Dowdle.
