       Weird.
       Too low for sure but it was w/in the 12 hour window.
       Time stamp is 10:30ish on winning bid and 9:30ish on too low
       bid.

       Yes.  Bid has to be $1 more then the last.  No valid bids were
       made within 12 hours.  Player sold for $45.  I will lock it
       later today.
