WEIRD BUG...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[S1A] B|azin is Subnetbanned is 1fx. server but he ain't in
subnetbanlist... His IP is 41.178.43.190... BUT Speeds is in the
subnetbanlist and his IP is 41.178(that's all what standing)..
SO as you can see the start of the IPs are the same..
Ps. Blazin can't be Speeds, because I've seen blazin playing in
1fx. server

Hi :D
We use subnetban to, if bannedplayer have dynamic ip but the
problem is that all players with same ip (first numbers) are
banned to :-\ but that not happen often.
But when you ban a player from Poland, you ban many Poland
players :P

Don't use Subnetban Stoppbiel: in the rare cases where you will
need to use it, simply give me a chat before hand. Ban should be
the last resort to use.
I might make subnetban RCON only.. But then again, as Elite 1fx.
I'll give you RCON as well.. Difficult choices.. difficult
choices indeed..

btw the subnetban ip's are in sof2mp.cfg
