Has anyone here ever finished an 80% AR15 lower? Did you use a
jig? If so, which one? How did it work out? What lower did you
use and what material was it made of?

WOW. I saw the results of finishing an 80% lower on the jig made
by 80% Arms. It's the Easy Jig 3 made to be used with a router.
I couldn't believe how perfect the result was. I may have to try
one of these.

Never tried an 80% but have thought about machining one from a
solid block? I am a journeyman machinist, so….
I found a site that sells blocks of 7075 precut yo size but I
have access to 7075 and QC10 aluminum

I thought about doing that too, but I'm in a position now where
I don't have access to equipment during the right time of the
day. I know there's been some of that done in our shop, as well
as several suppressors.
