I just recently got into reloading and I'm really enjoying it.
I'm interested in what powders, bullets and other components
other people are having success with. P.lease share your
experience!

Just a heads up on new Primers from Federal.
It's just a feeling but with Ammo recalls all about ignition
problems I have read about problems at MEWE with large rifle
primers.
The large rifle primers looked flattened, some were backed out
High & low pressures in one load that's odd.
The federal small pistol primers were not fitting the primer
hole, the post I read was filled with all the guys trying to
second question the loader about his once fired cases.
In any case there are stories about Federal primers & it's not
good, so beware of new Federal primers for now, that may be
best.

Stopped by the LGS today for a look, found primers for
$25.00 a hundred what's worse the next order from his dealer
will have a 40% increase.
They had brass, Bullets & powder ammo was there & costly
pistols were 2nd hand for the most part some AR & AK pistols.
Their gunsmith is building more class 3 weapons' than ARs or
1911 a strange market now a days.
Usually I get a great feeling from a gun shop but this time
it was a dull feeling.

That cost is ridiculous. If you keep an eye on MidwayUSA and
Brownells, you may get some small or large pistol primers for
about $120 total cost. That's still much higher than before the
shortage, but not as crazy as that gun shop.

Check this thing out. It appears to be extremely well built
considering the materials used and the list of features. But,
the cost is a shocker. $1200!
