Tech Support Guidelines

When submitting a help thread, I'd advise you to use this form:

If you are having issues with loading the game, always try to
these first:
- Restart your browser
- Delete the cache, which will be in your C drive somewhere
(will have instructions on how to do this once the game is
released)
- Try using a different browser
- Power off and on your modem and or router
- Restart your computer
Please try all of these solutions before posting a thread.

I reccomend getting Tech-Supporters? This will be much better
since other people can talk them through there problems

That's actually a great idea. I might actually try doing that
once we get more players.
