       Mod Power Rules (All Mods must read this or if you wish to
       become one!)

       These are some rules to keep Mods from abusing their powers, and
       also the punishment if you infringe these rules. Because we need
       some hard rules, to keep this Forum in check! Note: Everything
       is trackable, I will track you down if you fail to comply with
       the rules Cian and I have set up on this Forum.
       No altering the Karma System - You cannot change the Karma of
       another member or even yourself unless you have the express
       permission of Cian or myself. This is so that this Forum will be
       a fair and just one. Failure to comply with this rule the
       punishment will be to receive a warning, the second time you do
       this you will be stripped of your Mod powers and become a PoW
       for 2 days. Note: The Mod badge does not mean anything, only
       that you havev become a Mod sometime in your life on this Forum.
       The badge is useless if you have no powers, which is what we
       will be taking away.
       No altering the post system - You cannot change the amount of
       posts someone or yourself have to get the achievements or to be
       on the top posts. You must get enough posts without spamming,
       spamming is cheating and annoying and is not acceptable on any
       Forum. If you abuse this power it will result in getting a
       warning. The second time you do this you will be stripped of
       your role as a Mod and become a PoW for 2 days.
       Do not create a custom title for someone unless you receive the
       permission from Cian or myself.
       The reason why I have only listed these two up there are
       because, these were the two most abused powers on this Forum so
       far. Neptus was an example, messing with Radius' Karma and
       Custom Title.
       If you have any questions please CREATE A NEW THREAD! If not
       your post may be deleted. This is one of the things people don't
       do when it says to. Especially when it comes to recruitment. You
       must read the text carefully before posting. It could be the
       difference between an acceptance for a promotion/job or a
       denial.
