No Spamming and Alternate accounts Allowed

Spamming: Will not be allowed. (Spamming means saying the same
thing or topic over and over again.) When you have spammed a
certain number of times, (Cian009 and myself will not tell you)
we will give you a warning. If you continue you will be banned.
Alternate accounts: Check the Mod Panel - Hint to getting an
application to becoming a mod: Check the Mod panel and Mod
Recruitment sites, and comply.
