ricd - RIC QOS Routing (HQLIP/SRSVP) Daemon 
.SH SYNOPSIS
ricd [-f config_file] [-p uii_port ] [-v] [-n]
.SH DESCRIPTION
ricd is an implementation of HQLIP/SRSVP routing protocols and works 
on the top of MRT.  You can connect ricd by using telnet and examine 
its status like other MRT tools.

The command-line options are:
.IP -f
Use an alternate config file. By default, ricd uses /etc/ricd.conf .
.IP -p
Use alternate uii port number instead of 5674 or "ricd" in /etc/services.
.IP -v
Indicates that all debug options will be on.
.IP -n
Specifies that ricd will not go into daemon mode.
