This software is an implementaion of the scalable QOS routing protocol 
developed in the Real Internet Consortium (RIC). The information is 
available through http://www.real-internet.org. The routing daemon (ricd) 
works on the top of MRT (Multi-threaded Routing Toolkit) developed at 
Merit Network, Inc, which is available at http://www.merit.edu/~mrt.  
A kernel support for QOS routing this release works with would be 
available through RIC.
