Isite now runs under Windows NT.

Right now, Isite, Isearch, Iutil, izclient, zclient, zserver and zping 
have all been lightly tested and run.  I have not completed the port for 
the Isearch-cgi code, nor for the Z39.50-to-WWW gateway programs zcon and 
zgate.  I have assembled a VC++ project directory to allow me to build 
and test Isite with the GUI developer tools, and makefiles have been
created for use with Microsoft's nmake.

No GUI front-end to any of the Isite 
binaries has been built.
