SYNOPSIS
     name [arguments]

DESCRIPTION
The deck carries a shelf of small games. They are listed here together
because none of them needs a page of its own; the larger ones do have
theirs, and are listed under SEE ALSO.

Games that use the arrow keys also take h j k l and the number keys 4286,
which is what the keyboard offers when the arrows are awkward.

THE GAMES
     tetris
Falling blocks. Move with h/l or 4/6, rotate with k or 8, drop with
          j or 2.

     snake
Eat, grow, do not bite yourself. Same movement keys.

     zzt  A small tile adventure: collect gems, find the key.  Move with hjkl;
the shifted letters (HJKL) shoot in that direction.

     blackjack, bj
Cards against the dealer. Bet, then play; press q at the bet prompt
          to leave.

     wumpus
Hunt it through the caves by smell and draught. End with ^D.

     hangman
Guess the word a letter at a time. End with ^D.

     arithmetic
Practice sums, unhurriedly. End with ^D.

     morse
Render its arguments as Morse code.

pom The phase of the moon.

     fortune
          One of the collected quotations.

     fractal [julia [cr ci]]
Draw the Mandelbrot set in characters, or a Julia set with the given
          constant.

     mavis
          Typing practice.

NOTES
These are the games a text-era machine can play well: no sound to miss,
no colour to lose, and none of them the worse for being drawn in
     characters.
