No need to refute the fabrication.

The out of context soundbite was so lame that the Harris Campaign didn't even pick it up.

Everytime some ultra-this or that source tried to float nonsense, it shouldn't be an expectation that an affirmative rebuttal is required?  I certainly don't think we get very far in that sort of clown world.
