Watched this episode again today.   One funny moment in the show is when the
father of the lead female character blames some TV interference on "HAM radio
operators."  As many BBSers are also HAMs I thought that might be of interest.

I like this episode.  Not one of my favorites, but I don't dislike it as much
as 
some others.  It involves alien invaders, including one that tries to come
clean 
as to their intentions only to be written off as "crazy."

Denver Pyle, who would later go on to play Uncle Jessie on "The Dukes of
Hazard," plays the father of the female lead, played by Shelley Fabares.
