Bummer. Well, while you're there you can check it out. A signal booster might
come in handy there, too. And gripe to the utility regulators in IN, about the
crappy land-line, if nothing else.
  
I'm prepared to scare up a phone for him and cover the cost of the 1st month 
if
 there's any way for him to get a reasonable signal.
