A COMET WITH A RAZOR-THIN TRAIL: Comet 10P/Tempel is doing something rare and wonderful. Its dust trail is narrowing to a razor-thin line--like Saturn's rings seen edge on. Photo-op! This weekend, Earth is approaching the comet's orbital plane where the effect is magnified.
