Okay.

Should all be fixed now. I wiped out DECKHVN2 entirely, put it back on to
DECKHEVN, and cleared out DECKHVNT as well (my point/testing node).
Hopefully this is all good and solid again now. 

I did write a script to verify whether I had any duplicate QWK, CODE, or even
NNTP names, but my results were 100% conclusive that there are no duplicates. 

Anyway, hopefully no more issues like that. :)
