First, you might want to change your user name.  Second, SBBSECHO does 
NOT handle the actual transport of the mail packets -- you still need 
something like Argus or Internet Rex to do that.  Also, SBBSECHO does 
NOT handle the processing of TIC files.  You will need something like 
Allfix! to do that.
