As mentioned previously any updates that I contribute to wcQWK are 
released via the SSI AUP process.  The release cycle dates are clearly set 
by SSI, but for AUP Subscribers there will definitely be an update in the 
next major cycle.

If you are referring to Bluewave then my bluewave-wc.dll and the 
associated C99 Header files have been available via the Wildcat Developer 
Network (WDN) for almost a decade now.
