  This morning I experienced a minor panic attack!

AmiBerry crashed around 0230 this morning and when I went to reboot the BBS like I normally do in such instances I was presented with a "Please insert DH0: " Booting on anothe hard drive image and mounting the .hdf had it show up as DH2:unitialized.

Fearing that I had lost my entire BBS I did some research and was directed to DiskSalv as the best course of action!

I promptly downloaded the .lha from aminet and kept my fingers crossed!

It took about 45 minutes for the process to complete, and was rewarded with the BBS booting as normal upon reboot..

So as well as making sure I perform regular backups, I will  be adding DiskSalv.lha as an essential file to the Amiga Files on the BBS for download!

On a side note: I was plesantly surprised that it was written by none other than Dave Haynie himself!
