annna: She is alive again!

You might have wondered, why annna was so quiet. She was at a hospital,
where she was fixed to be now more efficient and flexible.

Please see the git log of her, how flexible everything is now.

One example:

	ANNNA_BASE=$HOME/annna \

	IRC_CHANNEL='#bitreich-en' \
		annna-say hello from me

Just by setting environment variables you can now invoke nearly all annna
scripts. This allows for different execution bases and many annna
instances per server. You can replace the module path, have different
scripts of annna per instance and more.

The processing of channel/server messages has been completely reworked,
so there is less latency and more stability. The annna-start and
annna-stop scripts now allow specific restarts per server.

Some things need more rework, like the idle service, which is for now
offline.
